Key aspects of the design process
The Horniman Museum - Experiential Design
The Horniman Museum and Gardens in Forest Hill, London, is home to a unique collection celebrating the natural world and global treasures. However, despite showcasing thousands of specimens, the current display within the Horniman’s Natural History Gallery appeared outdated and unengaging for a younger audience. This meant that engagement for children was almost non-existent despite a large variety of exciting exhibits. My solution was an illustrative activity for children aged 5-11 to both find, and navigate, the Natural History Gallery.
